Teacher Spotlight-Mrs. Brittani Watts

In this spotlight we will recognize Mrs. Brittani Watts.  She celebrates her birthday on September 4th and was born in 1996.  Her family consists of her husband and her son.  They also have 2 dogs, Bella and Willow, 2 cats, Ms. Kitty and Jasper and 4 fish to round out their family.

She earned her teaching degree at Wayne State College.  She is in her 3rd year of teaching.  She teaches Special Education to the 9th-12th grade students.  She believes her students would be surprised to find out that she has 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Her favorite thing to do for fun is travel, inside and outside of the country.

Some of her favorites are:

  • The color rose gold.
  • Food is chewy chips ahoy.
  • Book is "Safe Haven."
  • Movie is "Princess Diaries 1 & 2."
  • Song is "Worship You" by Kane Brown.
  • Sport is football.
  • Sports team is the Nebraska Huskers.

Her best thing about teaching is watching her students grow in their education and as a person.

Mrs. Watts adds, "I cheered my 4 years of high school and 1 year in college.  I used to live in Irvine, California and Texas.
