In this spotlight we will recognize the River Valley Junior High football team which is combined with Kingsley Pierson this year and they are coached by Dean Norris with assistant coach, Rob Hullinger.
The team consists of 9 players from River Valley and all are in 7th grade:

- Remee Williams
Coach Norris believes that working hard and being aggressive make the team successful and they have fun by making practice fun.
Coach Norris believes by being on his team they learn teamwork and benefits of hard work. He is proud of the kids for handling sharing with Kingsley Pierson very well and although they are playing against older teams they are not afraid to compete.
Coach Norris commented, "I am really proud of how they have handled transition to sharing with Kingsley Pierson and how hard they work every day."
