In this spotlight we will recognize Mrs. Dana Jean Hanson. She celebrates her birthday on June 6th and was born in 1987. Her family consists of Jamie, husband, Kaeson, son, who is 11 years old, Kael, son, who is 7 years old and Daelyn, daughter, who is 6 years old. They also have Luna, a bullpit and Lou, an English Bulldog to round out their family.
She earned her teaching degree at Morningside College. She is in her 9th year of teaching. She is an Instructional Coach. She believes her students would be surprised to find out that she didn't originally go to college to be a teacher.
Her favorite thing to do for fun is to play and watch sports.
Some of her favorites are:
- The color purple.
- Food is soup.
- Book is "Sold on a Monday."
- Movie is "The Little Giants."
- Song is "May We All" by Florida Georgia Line.
- Sport is baseball/softball and football.
- Sports team is the Vikings.
Her best thing about teaching is building relationships and making an impact on lives.
