A reminder to spectators that you must be on the household members list to attend and you will be asked to leave after your child/children are done competing in order to keep crowds limited. In response to the most recent updates from our Governor with the clarification from the athletic associations, the COVID tickets for attending ballgames are no longer accepted. The new rule has been issued that attendance is permitted to those who live in the immediate household. In situations where a participant is living in two households due to divorce or other factors, both households will be permitted to attend. We have collected those names from our participants and our opponents and will have a check-in sheet at the ticket area. You must be on that list of household members to attend the ballgames. This is for both high school and junior high events. It was also stated by the Governor that spectators may only attend their child's contest and our asked to leave once their game has been completed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
BASKETBALL SCHEDULE TODAY: JH boys basketball v KP will be 7th graders at 4:00 with 8th graders at 5:00. HS basketball will be varsity girls at 6:00 followed by varsity boys @ 7:30. Friday basketball @ WC will be JV girls @ 4:00, JV boys @ 5:00, varsity girls @ 6:00, varsity boys @ approx. 7:30. New attendance guidelines will be shared as soon as possible.

HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL: Tuesday Dec. 15th high school basketball at Ida Grove will be boys only. JV boys will play at 6:00 followed by varsity boys at approx. 7:00. The girls game has been rescheduled to Monday, December 21 with a varsity girls game at 6:00 in Ida Grove.

JUNIOR HIGH BASKETBALL: As a result of Gov. Reynolds announcement today, junior high basketball practice will begin tomorrow (Thursday, Dec. 10th) after school. Games will resume on Monday of next week. (Week of Dec. 14th)
YOUTH SPORTS: Youth sports will be allowed to use the facilities starting next Monday, December 14th.

First grade has been learning about the different early Native American homes. They learned the women could put the teepees together by themselves so they tried with pencils.
