Governor Reynolds just announced schools will be closed for the remainder of the year. We know you will have many questions and we will do our best to provide the information you need after we have a chance to adjust our plans based on new guidance from the state.

Wellness Wednesday tip!
Recommendations for physical activity in kids and adults.
Kids 6-17 years old should get at least 60 minutes per day of moderate to vigorous physical activity.
Three of those days should include vigorous activity.
Adults should get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity.
Examples of moderate activity:
Brisk walking
Dancing
Gardening
Slow bike riding
Golfing
Playing Catch
Examples of vigorous activity:
Running
Heavy yardwork
Cycling
Jump Roping
Hiking
Soccer
Spend less time sitting. Even light-intensity activity can offset some of the risks of being sedentary!
