Attention River Valley Parents!
For those of you that are looking to register your child in preschool at River Valley for the 25-26 school year, please know that the tuition is $45 per month. It is not daily or weekly. The $45 dollar monthly charge is due on the 10th of each month (September to May).

On Friday, January 24th, River Valley Elementary will reach its 100th day! We are going to celebrate accordingly. See the flyer below for specific details. Preschoolers can celebrate on Thursday, January 23rd:). Parents, please check your child's backpacks for a printed flyer. We can't wait to see all the students who "Dress Like They Are 100!"

Attention River Valley Parents:
Due to the expected cold temperatures, River Valley Community School District will be running two (2) hours late tomorrow, (Tuesday, January 21). There will not be any morning activities.
Due to the cold temperatures, tonight's Large Group Speech Recital for tonight has been postponed until next Monday, January 27th at 7:00.
Due to the cold temperatures, River Valley Community Schools will be running 2 hours late tomorrow, January 20th. There will be no morning activities.
On Wednesday, our 3rd grade classes took part in the FREINDSHIP4KIDS project. This project was created by teachers in the LA area who wanted to find a way to bring some comfort to the children who lost their schools in the LA wildfires. They reached out to 3rd grade teachers across the nation in hopes to receive friendship bracelets. Our students were excited to mail the bracelets and notes of encouragement to the LA community.

1st-Any students that are involved in tomorrow night's RV Cheer Camp, need to be at the high school by 5:45 PM. This is a change to due to the game times changing.
2nd-Tomorrow is a 12:30 early out.

Today turned out to be "Dress Like the Principal" for at least one of our students. Even though it was by accident, it's really cute:). Plus, I think he looks pretty sharp:).
The 8th grade FCS class finished up their baking unit making some delicious brownies today in class! Great Job 8th Grade!
